  • Went to their pop-up event at the Stag Inn in Dolgellau. For the first event it was lovely. The smoked meat was amazing. The chicken had a nice smoke to it and was moist. The Brisket had a gorgeous smoke ring around the edge and fell apart. The pulled pork was moist and delicious. Will definitely be looking out and hopefully attending their next event.

Their Founders Sunday pop-up at The Stag Inn, Dolgellau was less of a "quiet lunch" and more of a full-blown, wood-fired assault on the senses. ​Imagine 50 hungry souls crammed into a historic 1770s pub, stripped of their personal space, and forced to sit at long communal tables. The result? Pure, unadulterated, beer-fueled magic.
